PlaceDuSamedi / ZaterdagPlein is a workspace for writers and creatives in the heart of Brussels. It all started with a simple question from filmmakers Dorothee and Zeina: where do you actually go when you need to write in Brussels?

That question evolved into PlaceDuSamedi / ZaterdagPlein. Today, we are a growing community of storytellers, screenwriters, filmmakers, and designers who come together to work individually and share the space.

Bring your own project and spend the day writing in good company. Whether you are developing a screenplay, working on a novel, or exploring new creative ideas, our doors are open to anyone with a project that needs a quiet corner. Not a café, not a library, not an office. Something in between.

We offer a dedicated space where you can think, write, get stuck, start over, and have a conversation or a meal with people who stay curious about what's happening in the world outside. A few writing desks are still available!
